David is a rounded, multi-discipline Accountant and Financial Director within the SME; he has over twenty years’ experience managing business finances and various commercial support functions and the teams working within them. David holds various professional Accountancy qualifications including a BA(Hons) in Accountancy. He is a certified Xero Advisor.
With extensive financial and general business management experience, David specialises in the development and implementation of accounting and financial processes, he is very passionate about business growth.
David has very many years of experience in various industries including Recruitment, Dentistry, Marketing, PR, Travel and Tourism, Publishing, Security, Building, etc.
Russell Marke
Partner
Russell Marke FCCA, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, has had his professional career centred predominately in the UK music industry, working in senior financial & management roles for most of the UK’s major record labels (e.g. Motown, Island, London, Universal) and Music publishing (BMG) Companies, as well as Distribution & Merchandising.
The experience of working on complex accounting within these industry (e.g. Royalty/Copyright, joint venture, distribution, etc) has been invaluable in understanding most types of company’s requirements. With experience ranging from 1 man operations to multi-national corporations.
In more recent years Russell has been helped in several start-up companies, including obtaining funding, then growing these companies to successful exit stage.
Dean Marke

Dean Marke ACCA, a fully qualified Certified Accountant, has previously worked for a number of media companies ranging from start-up with Player X to multinationals with Electronic Arts.
Whilst born and grown up in London, Dean has also lived and worked in Sydney, Australia, and managed the financials for companies in various other counties including South Africa and Singapore. Experience with complicated accounting practices and compliance regulations has been fundamental to success within these companies.
